Easy Italian Wedding Soup:

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil- 4 tablespoons

  • Chopped onion- 11/2 cup

  • Carrot chopped-2/3 cups

  • Celery chopped-2/3 cups

  • Garlic finely minced- 2 tablespoon

  • Unsalted chicken broth-6 cups

  • Orzo-6 ounces

  • Fresh oregano chopped-11/2 tablespoon

  • Kosher salt-1/2 teaspoon

  • Cooked chicken meatballs as required

  • Baby spinach-4 cups

  • Parmesan cheese grated-1/4 cup

Cooking Method:

The cooking method includes a few steps as follows

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic, and then cook it for a few minutes until they change into fine form. Then add the broth to it, bring it to a boil to add orzo, oregano, and salt, and then cover it and cook for a few minutes.

  • Then add the meatballs and spinach and occasionally stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Once the dish is ready, serve it with the cheese sprinkles and then add a few drops of olive oil to get the delicate texture of the recipe.

Chocolate Banana Oatmeal:

Ingredients:

  • Water-1 cup

  • Salt – a pinch

  • Rolled oats-1/2 a cup

  • Sliced banana-1/2 a cup

  • Flaky sea salt- a pinch

Cooking procedure:

Boil the water with salt. Add oats when the water attains boiling stage and then stir occasionally. Let the oats absorb the water completely. Remove the pot from heat and cool it for a few minutes. Add the toppings of banana, chocolate spread, and flaky salt to make it more attractive and tasty.

It is a simple dish but remains healthy by providing the necessary nutrients. It is one of the Healthy European Food Recipes that most people prefer to eat.
